Problem:
When you try to send a new E-mail using MS Outlook you get message “Interface not registered”. However, you will be having no problem with forwarding a received E-mail or replay to the sender.
What to do?
This error message being displaying because the file Ole32.dll is missing from the registry or corrupted due to perhaps virus attack. You can reinstall this file by running the following command in Run window.
Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll
You will get confirmation message that the registration is succeeded, click OK.
Note that the mentioned error massage will be displayed only if you have selected MS Word as your mail format see the below figure, if you unselect this option you will not get this error massage and in this case you will be unable to use MS Word features in your mail format.
